Pretty much all you can do is ask the cable company to change it. Some people have surprising got lucky with this approach in the past.

They may have had to switched it top copy protected at the request of the TCM owners though, and there isn't much you can do about that.

I have seen reports that WMC10 will do it. Now I have to find a copy of WMC10, but it seems strange to have one program for TCM and 2 others for everything else

Yes, WMC can do copy-once/copy-never channels, but Microsoft have pretty much abandoned it a few years back. The guide data was stopped recently. I think there is some tricks to get it installed in newer versions of Windows (like Win10), and 3rd party utilities to feed listings into it, but ultimately it's going to be a dead end in the not too distant future.

It's basically big dollars (like $250K) for certification and licensing required to use these types of channels, and requires tests to recertify new versions etc. This obviously not a possibility for NextPVR.
