win10 E-AC3 decoding issue

I've made a further change for the next build of v5. You can let me know if that helps.

At this stage i'm reluctant to make changes to v4. (not ruling it out, but not right now - busy with other stuff)

no problem I will test it for next V5, we can leave with it. I deciced to move all my machines to W10 and V5 , so no more V4
