Export V4 Recording Schedule to V5?

It is the same machine. And FYI, with V4, i did need to install HDHomerun for the tuners to be seen. As an experiment, I plugged in this tuner into a brand new virgin Windows 10 installation on an Ockel Fusion C (ultimately will be my constantly running TV server), and I didn't need to install HDHomerun at all for V5 to see those tuners and work perfectly. And just for giggles, I removed ActivePerl and HDHomerun on the original computer and V5 still worked perfect and sees the tuners. So I am sure HDHomerun isn't needed anymore for V5 and this Hauppauge tuner. To me that is awesome.

For you to see what happened, wouldn't I have to go back and try the V4 db3 file again? Or is the problem documented in the logs and stays there for (x length) time period?

Depending on how busy things are there could be days of information in the log. It's always best to post logs when requested.

You must have deleted v5 and restarted

2020-06-23 20:25:32.537 [DEBUG][1] missing db...copying from: C:\Program Files\NextPVR\data\empty.db3

so the only way to check is to copy in v4's npvr.db3 again.

Ok, may not get to it within the next few hours, but I will do it and re-send the logs. Hopefully by day's end.

Sorry, could not get to this sooner.  Finally had time to do on same machine with V4 config.  Same results.  Attached are the logs and the two error screens.  Note the one that asks for a choice but has no buttons to choose anything.  Only way out is ESC key.  Thanks for reviewing this.

Does the Hauppauge tuner device actually show up in the list of devices with two tuners?

Actually, YES, it did! I even tried to delete it but it wouldn't let me. I tried re-scan and that wouldn't run either.

If you delete a device it comes back on a scan and restart. Why would you want to delete is isn't that the source of the conflicts or are they on the HDHR? HDHR devices don't migrate from v4 to v5.

Again, I am learning all this as I go. Just tried to delete it because it isn't in the V5 list. Only the two HDHR tuners and an IPTV device. You confused me when you said they don't migrate. There were all three devices listed when I tried to migrate. Ok as far as I'm concerned, you can let this go. I basically did what I needed by a full re-install and just re-adding the new shows. All good and will never migrate again! Thanks for your help.
