Network Provider Access

More and more content is being delivered by network providers such as Hulu, Netflix and Disney+, to name a few. This "a la carte" approach has much appeal with cable providers charging what they do. I've had success using NextPVR with a Hauppauge device to "capture" this network content but with the loss of captioning and tuning only one "channel" per device.

Can NextPVR be made to access these network services and pass on our provider account credentials for access?

Cable prices are out of sight.

Capturing DRM'ed streams is not possible with NextPVR so you are limited to capturing the output.

One cool idea is to hook up to and android device and use adb shell commands to control access to the service https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid545070 but it doesn't get around the need for multiple tuners.

Except for Hulu the services you are talking about aren't really PVR friendly as they offer OnDemand service.
