Hey.
I know this thread is really old, but I have the same problem with the same frequency 11053.
I am using the latest server version: 7.1.1.260616 in docker with unraid.
I can see during scan the this frequency gets scanned but nothing is found. On my tvheadend server the channels got found.

I have recently been doing some SAT>IP testing and I think the SDT parser might need an update. Try creating an INI file with just the one frequency.
