Kodi errors our when trying to update timer rule

I recently reinstalled NextPVR.  I can create a time rule just fine but when I go to edit it I get the error "Could not update the timer. Check log for more information about this error." 
When I checked the log I found the below errors.  I'm not sure why it can't connect to the site.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would need to see the zipped NextPVR logs. That looks like the server is done.

Ok yes thanks I do see the error now. I seems like a backend issue though sub must have recently made a field mandatory that Kodi doesn't send. I suspect it is related a backend change allowing recurring_types to changes.

If an addon change is required it is very unlikely I will will do it in Leia.
