When you delete a recording through the web client there is no confirmation dialogue, the delete just happens. This is pretty poor UI design as (epecially with web clients) pages tend to jump around when being rendered and if you are a little careless you can easily click on the wrong recording. As a general UI design principle, an irreversible action should always be associated with a confirmation.

This has only been a problem for me once, but I really wanted to watch that show! The touchpad on my HTPC is hypersensitive and is always sending a click when I'm just trying to scroll. That time it vaporized my show. Now that I think of it, I have accidentally delete a couple of shows when there was a delay updating the page after I clicked delete. I thought it didn't send the click and clicked again, which deleted the next one in queue. Maybe the second click was cached? Is there a way to prevent that as well?
Didn't version 4 let you configure if you wanted to be warned?
