Channel Synchronization List M3U - Delete channels that are not in the list

I have a very good IPTV provider, but it updates the list of channels constantly, some channels enter and others are deleted, when I update via the update button m3u the new channels are included in the Iptv Device but the deleted channels remains in the channel list, it would be very cool if NextPvr offered the option to delete channels not present in the list after the update.

I have added some logic in the next release to delete channels that have been removed when doing an 'update m3u'.
