Hello there, I have problems scanning channels on a second satellite dish.

I have a two satellite setup.

I'm migrating from DvbLink, andMy DvbLink configuration is this:

I've downloaded a kingofsat 0282.ini file, and I have tried both the 2-way-switch and the Diseqc settings:

And, running out of options, even this:

But NextPVR can only find 19.2E channels.

I have uploaded the Logs.

Please advise.

Thanks a lot!

I think you moved your post from https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=60279 but either way only sub knows how to look at those logs.

It's possibly an incompatible diseqc implementation. Unfortunately the Microsoft BDA spec didn't cover diseqc, so each manufacturer does it a different way (and sometimes more than one way....depending on what the reference design was for the device). NextPVR supports the few common approaches I've come across, but it's possible your device is using something different.

Does it at least appear to go through the motions, and you see it trying to scan the frequencies from your second satellite etc? (just checking in case it's actually only trying to scan the first satellite)

Hello, thanks for helping!

Yes, it looks like a proper channel search - it goes through all the frequencies, but just doesn't find any channels.

Do I read that right between the lines? If I tried the same hardware on Linux (independent from Microsoft BDA), it might yield different results?

Hello Cabanel, did you manage to fix the problem?
I have a very similar problem since I moved to V6. With V4 everything was working fine

Yes, solved by switching to DVBViewer.
