Can you adjust the scan timeout for this type of device? Maybe 6 seconds isn't enough?
Its a long shot but maybe reduce cable splits to get a stronger signal. My QAM cable is different technology but I find scans work better with a stronger signal then recordings that seem to lock on lower quality. Martin
