I've been using v.5 for over a year now, and not had any trouble with the EPG until now. Nothing has changed. I get EPG data from zap2it.com, and auto-run it once a week every Thur night. Now suddenly I cannot get data after early morning 3/11. When I run it manually, it says "EPG Update complete. [6291 inserted, 0 updated, 7152 skipped]" after only 15 sec, but doesn't update anything. Does anyone else see this problem? What gives? Is zap2it no longer a viable source?

You need to search these forums for other users recent posts on zap2it.

I searched for "zap2it" in past 3 mo, but nothing I've tried which was suggested works. I ran the bat file manually, and I get this message before it aborts: "Not an ARRAY reference at script/zap2xml.pl line 1160." I don't know how to troubleshoot this problem. The bat file worked ok until today. I don't know how to attach files to the post. samm

Sorry I meant zap2xml after all that is what you are using.
This is why I recommend Schedules Direct. Much less pain for users and less support for everyone else. Not worth time saving people a couple of bucks a month. Martin

So does the error message "Not an ARRAY reference at script/zap2xml.pl line 1160." mean that one of the channel setup data has changed and is no longer valid? Does this mean I need to delete everything and setup from scratch?

Ok, I tried deleting channels and rescanning, and it appeared to be working, but instead of just aborting and showing blanks, it now shows "no listings" for all channels after 3/11 2AM. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'd still like to use zap2it since other people seem to be using it.
