IP camera recording

Can this be done with recording only motion?

I doubt it. NextPVR really isn’t designed for this sort of use. It’s about recording TV. For IP cameras that produce a continuous video stream (much like a live tv stream) you might get lucky with being able to use it in NextPVR, but outside of that probably not.
