Problem tuning channels

I have attached the log files from DVBLINK.
Would it be possible to maybe use a .M3U file
If I have a .M3U file locally on my hard-drive, what do I write in the M3U url box ? Reference drive letter, UNC ???
I have also attached the .M3U file
