First, turn of the all-caps key when posting on forums. The default username is admin with password as the password. If you can't get to setting you might need to reload the page with Ctrl-F5 to reload the page and relogin.

My username is bazmesd not admin , i must use username admin ? When i login to forum i login very easy

The login to the application is nothing to do with your forum login.
The default login for a new NextPVR install is admin/password. You can change it on the Settings->Access page.
