Apollo TV IPTV service.  Works fine on my NVIDIA Shield using TiviMate, so I don't think this is a problem with Apollo TV.
I have been using Apollo TV and NextPVR for MANY months.  However, I just changed computers and now I cannot get the EPG to load in NextPVR.  Apollo offers three possible URL's to access their EPG data, and I have all 3 plugged into the m3u Guide data for my IPTV device in NextPVR.  However, when I try to load the EPG data, I immediately get this - EPG Update Complete - 0 updated, 0 inserted, 0 skipped.
Attached is the log file.  The EPG update attempts are at the very end.

You need to zip any files you want to attach.

If they’re too big, you may need to put them somewhere like onedrive, google drive etc, and just post the download url.

Still no go.  It tells me my allocated usage is NaN MB and I am using 406KB.

I'll be darned. It went! See attached log files on my previous post. Really looking forward to some help on this. I looked at them, something about a .BAT file not there, but I didn't know if this was really the problem or how to fix.

When posting the logs, you really need to use the 'log files' button on the Settings->About web page. It flushes the logs to disk, and make a zip file with all the relevant logs. Post that zip.

When you did the 'Import M3U', did you specify the m3u and xml urls at that time, or have you been trying to add the xml afterwards?

Sorry, I have been away for a while.
First, I borrowed a friend's 2-year old Asus laptop.  He has the same Windows version as I have on my 5-year old Acer - 21H1 Build 19043.1165.  I encountered the same problem, unable to load the EPG.  EPG is an XML file retrieved from a URL, https://guide.xl.tv4.live  I immediately get 0 updated, 0 inserted, 0 skipped.  Attached is the log file.  I tried to import the EPG both initially with the channel list and later from inputting the EPG source data into the Guide tab and then Update EPG from the About tab.
Please note, I have a 2015 MBP running an older version of Windows 10 (2004 Build 19041.1165).  Note that NextPVR runs flawlessly on this version.  In fact, NextPVR ran flawlessly for many months on my Acer UNTIL this latest update.
