Add User to Web

Is there any way to add another user aside from admin to the web interface where they could only use it to look at the guide, watch stuff, record, but NOT configure the server or tuners etc.?

Sorry, not at this stage. There is some partially done work on that front, which I've been meaning to get back to at some stage, so it may appear in the future some time.
