EPG schedule not updating (Schedules Direct)

OS: Linux Mint 20.2 x86_64    Kernel: 5.4.0-92-generic
NextPVR Version: 5.2.2.21
Everything was working fine.  SD subscription was about to expire.
Just renewed Schedules Direct a few days ago.  NPVR not updating.
NVPR looks like it is normally updating channels but produces:  EPG Update complete. [0 inserted, 0 updated, 0 skipped]
I can watch TV...but no schedules appear.

Logs should be attached.

It looks like something caused the lineups to be deleted from your SD account.

Head to the Settings->Guide page, and use the 'add SD channel lineup' button to add your lineup.

I feel so dumb.  I had that all set up so just didn't think to check it again. 

I also wasn't sure which log to look in or exactly what to look for.
