Schedule a copy to run when comskip completes?

I'm using comskip in my PostProcessing.bat file, and am finding that it takes 60-100 minutes to complete for each hour-long HD programme. I also have a line in PostProcessing.bat which copies to recording to my NAS. I also want to copy the .edl file to the NAS as soon as it's been generated, but it's not available at the time that PostProcessing.bat runs for each recording.
Is there any way of scheduling an automated file copy for when comskip completes for each recording?
I'm running NPVR v5 on Windows 10.

PostProcessing runs to completion before returning, so just do things in order.
