Does anyone else find that Schedules Direct misses data for the show and season info so the shows don't get named with a SXXEXX frequently?  I've emailed them about individual instances, but it seems almost all of my shows have a some episodes that are missing the season and episode numbers.  Usually NextPVR has the show subtitle so I can see the name there, but using the files elsewhere is tough without the season and episode numbers.

Often SD marks a show new while it still has generic data. Sometimes I have seen numbering with generic data but not what you are seeing. Upload your logs when this happens next and we can check.

Attached is a log zip file.  In the nrecord.log there is an example called Ravens Home_2022-03-18_19302000.ts, The Zoo San Diego_2022-03-19_20002200.ts and Gold Rush_2022-03-18_20002322.ts.  In the nrecord.log.1 there is an example called Married at First Sight_2022-03-16_22032233.ts

I asked about the issue before and I believe Sub looked at it.  He said the data was missing from Schedules Direct.  It just happens so frequently.

Going by the information in those files, it still looks like the season/episode information is missing from your EPG source for those shows.

It's kind of difficult to investigate after the recording has happened though. If you can see an upcoming recording in your TV Guide, that doesn't show the season/episode info when you view the show details (and you think it should), let me know and supply your npvr.db3 file, and I see if I can find out any more details for you.

I can't seem to get the database to attach to the post so I've uploaded it to google drive and here's the link: NPVR Databse.zip  Let me know if that doesn't work.

I also included a .csv file of the dates/time/channels of upcoming shows that are missing the season/episode info and a screenshot.  I tried to see if I could find a pattern, (mostly on channel X, often show Y... things like that), but was unable to find anything.  I believe the issue is a Schedules Direct problem as one of the times I got support from them they said it was an issue with an upstream provider.
