Won' run

NextPVR Client won't run. NextPVR runs only thru browser, Win Edge. Thus Kodi can't run. New Win10 install. When first opening after restart get notice "Can't connect online" then freezes. Every time after that opens but going to LiveTV get a few seconds of audio then the "please wait" freeze. Have Hauppauge tuner with WinTv, works well.

Installed WinTVv10 and it had NabletMpeg-2 encoder. Used that and now NextPVR runs. But Kodi will not run it.

Kodi is connecting and the error indicated the pin is wrong.  The default us 0000 but you may have changed it
