Use iptv service

Is it possible to use my cable providers iptv service with nextpvr? Its a cloud based with there own app.

In the US, probably not.

You might be able to use Channels DVR as intermediary. I'm pretty sure it has access to TV Everywhere channels, and can over them up as an m3u, which you could use in NextPVR via the IPTV device. (but at that point you might as well just use Channels DVR)
