Run commands before scheduled recording?

In the windows server is it possible to run a command Is it possible to run a command before a recording is scheduled and pass arguments regarding the recording?

I know I could use the blaster command, but I would like to pass my script the name and length of the recording as well.

There is a ParallelProcessing script with parameters explained on the wiki that might do what you want.
