I get the same issue in Kodi v20 RC1 on windows 10 platform. guide is loading fine, then a minute after it has disappeared, clearing guide data and reloading works but issue remains. pretty sure it is an issue with the nextpvr addon 20.3.1

No it is not an issue with the addon, but there is a bug in Nexus migrating from Matrix that was patched today. Deleting Epg*.db from /storage/.kodi/userdata/Database and restarting Kodi should get it working

Note for LE11 there is an issue with all binary addons with the Kodi nightly so I would avoid upgrading until they say it is safe on the LE forum.
