I am trying to map schedules direct EPG to my IPTV channels.  Using the auto map feature, only a handful of channels are mapped correctly.  The IPTV channel names and the SD names don't exactly match.  I have successfully manually adjusted a bunch of channels but it is tedious.

I am wondering if it might be faster to manipulate the data files in a text file or spreadsheet using search and replace rather than scrolling through the drop down menu.

I haven't found the files.  I assume there are a number of files from SD and then a master channel file.

I would appreciate any guidance you can provide.

Thanks,
Kevin

It depends on how you installed Linux, maybe check the wiki before posting.

Automap won't be very successful. It will be tedious editing the embedded xml too.

I did check the WIKI before posting but I guess I didn't have the correct search terms. I installed using the .deb file method outlined.
