NextPVR isn't working with comm skip

I installed NextPVR and Comskip on my Jellyfin server and all seems to work well except NextPVR seems to be ignoring the EDL files with the commercial skips.  Its probably something stupid I'm missing but the instructions seemed simple Comskip is dropping .ELD .LOG and .TXT files in the live TV recording directory but I can't see anything in NextPVR to tell it to use it and all documentation indicates that it just should use it with default settings.  Any ideas? Any additional info or troubleshooting I can do?

Which client are you talking about?

its just the NextPVR webclient. I've also tried the NextPVR client on apple TV

Not all clients support comskip. NextPVR.exe, UI clients on a few platforms and Kodi clients do.

Ok thanks, Is there a full list? I assume the NextPVR webui does not?

Sub would need to comment on his addons. Web playback in general is not ideal for recording playback so you probably would have to use post processing into a format that is more compatible with seeking so direct play clients are what you should be investigating anyway.
