Settings menu font issue

I have put the Windows 10 computer on a 4k 65" TV. The setup for windows defaults to Windows Text scaled to 300%.

Unfortunately, the result is that the text in the right-click menu all overlaps each other and is unreadable.

I can change the font scaling to 100%, and NPVR right-click menu is normal, but then the desktop icons and fonts are too small to be readable.

Running Npvr v6.1.1

Eventually this windows computer will be tucked away and not directly connected to the TV, as we are testing out the Roku app, but until we get used to the limited remote we will be directly connected.

If not, I know that the setting screen is now rarely entered so it may just be better to change the size to 100% or a smaller size that works when you do need to go into it.

The three bottom choices given helped but left me with a blurry screen.

Instead, I checked the top box, Program DPI. That got it readable. There is still a little overlap, which could probably be fixed with teh advanced settings button, but it is far better now and I can live with it.
