Is there a way to create Media Folders similar to Ver 4?

What do you mean?

In NextPVR.exe you can still right click to get to settings, and go to the Media Folders settings screen, and add whatever directories you want. They'll be accessible in NextPVR.exe just like the were in old versions.

I'm sorry I should have given you more info.
I have V5 loaded on my Synology NAS (docker) and am accessing it via the web interface.
I don't see anywhere that I can get to Media Folders.
Am I missing it?

Is there a way to log in locally to NPVR on my NAS?

If you've got a fast NAS, you can use something like NLite or Uidroid to get the NextPVR user interface on your client. This would give you access to media folders like you'd see in nextpvr.exe

If you NAS is slow, that interface would probably be too slow.
