Does the Logger work when running through an MVP? I am trying to catch timestamps of when the render function is called, but I get not a single line of output in the logfile. On the computer, it prints the message ("Render called") every time. Even if the function isn't called every second on the MVP, it should at least show one rendering (when the task is intially rendered).

Also, does GetAudioPlaylist(...) return anything meaningful from the MVP? It seems to always return 0's for the index, duration, and position variables.

If only I had an MVP to test on, this would be a lot easier. And please don't tell me how they're only $89.99 right now, if I had ANY extra money I'd already have one. Sad

Yes, the logging output on the MVP is just the same.

Duration and position do return zero on the MVP. This is normal. I'll never know the playback position, but in a future release I may provide an implmentation of the duration on the MVP. I'm not sure why the index is also zero.

sub,

Thanks for the information. Having the track duration would definitely be a great addition. Also, the track number would be nice if you could figure that one out, because it's giving me some problems by not reporting the right value (actually I'm not *sure* it isn't). As far as the duration goes, I noticed from the log file I got from an MVP user that the MVP requests pieces of the file every 2000 bytes and the file position is written to the log file. Could this information be used to update the audio file position?

Thank you for your help and for writing a great program!
