Hello;

With the IPTV tuner and Kodi as the client, some channels show two embedded CC options. The first always doesn't work, and the second always works.

Any way to address that?

Not knowing where the stream originated you should know that it is is quite common for North American closed captioning (CEA-608/708) to show multiple selections CC1 up to CC4 with only one being available. If you feel that the data is there Kodi client issues need to be addressed to the Kodi forum since NextPVR just provides the data stream, and won't remove any content.
