I suggest posting an issue on GitHub Hauppauge support in https://github.com/b-rad-NDi/Ubuntu-medi...el-builder There may be a related issue or a link to newer firmware

I do but I've used it on a Truenas Scale machine (running NextPVR via Truecharts) and it was ok there, that's just where as I mentioned the CPU wasn't strong enough
