I still think it is BDA driver related. Can you download https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/FilterCheck and unzip and run it and then zip the file it creates and attach it? I didn't see a valid guid being called.

Either the log is truncated or your BDA driver doesn't provide a BDA receiver. I don't know what NextPVR needs but that doesn't look right to me.
