Hey everyone,

I’m hoping to get some help with automating the process of refreshing my M3U channels in NextPVR. I’m running the amd64 version of NextPVR on an Unraid server, and I have multiple M3U sources, including regular TV channels and sports channels. Right now, I have to manually refresh the channels through the NextPVR web interface to keep everything updated, but I’d love to automate this to make my setup more seamless.

What can I do to accomplish this?

Thanks!

A forum search would have helped but start here https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid572666 and not the limitations of the automation. In the upcoming release only your existing channels will be updated now all new stations will be added, even the ones you filter out.

Thanks Martin! I went through that thread and tried to make it work on Unraid with the help of chatpgt before asking the question, but I couldn't make it work. Is there more of a walkthrough I can follow?

Sorry I don't support users scripts especially when the involve NScripHelper. Here are some tips.

On Docker the binaries will be /apps, dotnet is in the path, don't forget the chmod +x and create the sh file with a Unix editor not Windows.

Hopefully in the next week or so. Pretty close now.
