From what I see KARE doensn't play but WCCO does. Perhaps you need to rescan and if you have rescanned tuner 0 you may need to update tuner 1 and tuner 2.

To do that go into the tuner, hit the trash can at the top right of the list exit and load again and copy when prompted.
