Hi all.

Been using NextPVR just a short while and figure I've had it set up pretty well for a few days.

Have 2 EPG sources (provider and open-epg) in IPTVBoss I upload to Dropbox and then the Dropbox link is my EPG (and M3U) source.

This has worked through several days' updates, perfectly.

Suddenly today it has stopped populating my live tv EPG.

There are no apparent errors in the logs. The updated xml for my EPG contains future listing entries, as does the nrecord.log.

I have about 7000 channels, many are duds I'm still pruning. My EPG update showed about 50,000 inserted, 0 updated, and about 60,000 skipped.

I've attached my logs.

Hope to hear suggestions!

Thanks

I do see channel listings being sent to the browser in the logs. Did you try All Channels as the channel group?

There is not much point in helping support 7000 channels though so keep pruning.

The channels are all present - whether in the "All Channels" group or their original groups.

The problem is just the population of the EPG data, even though neither the logs nor the UI seem to be reporting any errors - it just seems to have stopped working.

Can NextPVR or its db just suddenly and silently become unable to cope with this number of channels suddenly after a few days of working fine...? And I gather you don't "warrant" such a setup. haha

I have no intention of keeping so many, I'm just being a bit methodical with the pruning.

FYI the npvr.db3 is about 33 MB - note that many of the channels have no EPG data provided so would be blank regardless.

As I said it appears that some listing are being sent. Maybe clear your browser cache or try another browser. If that fails open a debug session with f12 and see if there are errors with the listing or loading those 7000 icons.

I deleted the IPTV device and db and started over, everything came up ok.

I will increase the urgency of the pruning!

Thanks for all the work on a great program.
