I use schedule direct and have paid through May 2025. My account shows active
slope game
However there is no programming showing in the guide.

I tried to update EPG and get a message invalid username or token has expired.

I emptied EPG and tried to update again, recv'd same msg.

Please advise.  Thank you.

We'd need to see your zipped logs to confirm but it is possible your account has been blocked by SD for various reasons.
