Lost Schedules Direct

I haven't made any changes, and it's worked for years, but now I have no TV guide data.  When I run EPG Update, it shows domain not found, yet I can log into Schedules Direct fine. The channels EPG are all set to Schedules Direct.  What happened?

You and all users still on v4 have lost Schedules Direct. See sub's post here https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid602762 I am surprised you didn't find one of the posts from other v4 who have been locked out.

Another thread suggests SD stopped working with some versions of NPVR.  I had V 5.2 and lost my guide overnight.  I updated to V 7.0.2 and the guide repopulated.

Evidently my version is 4.2.5, yet I have tried to install the latest version multiple times, but this is the version that stays. Do I need to uninstall the old version first? Updates used to install over the older version and keep all the relevant data.

When NextPVR went multi-platform in v5 there were enough differences to require a different kind of update. Since v5 over 5 years ago BTW upgrades have been in place.

You didn't "lose" data, you just have to migrate it.
