EPG Update failing

[Bobins]

After a long period of successful automatic daily EPG updates they've started failing leaving the guide unpopulated.

The scan of 11778 (SKY) completes followed by the terrestrial 56200 which also completes however, the scan of Freesat on 11426 doesn't happen and the tuner log doesn't show any attempt to tune for the scan.

The system has been re-booted but the same error is occurring. There have not been any changes made to the system.

Any suggestions.
