Why does NextPVR sometimes fail to start live TV even when the tuner is detected corr

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with NextPVR where live TV sometimes fails to start, even though the tuner appears to be detected correctly. Has anyone experienced something similar? I’m wondering whether this could be related to tuner availability, device initialization, or configuration settings.

What would be the best way to troubleshoot this and identify the actual cause?

If you can post the logs zip file. We'll take a look for you.

There is no known application issues which would account for this, but possible causes might be:
- device is already in use elsewhere in the system
- device has shat itself (ie buggy driver), and either needs a reboot to reload the driver, or disconnect/reconnect in the case of a USB device.
