help with flydvb-t duo

every time i try to watch live tv a message saying "channel tuning information not known" appears i've set up epg as bleb(uk) and have updated epg and all tv listings are there
any help would be great thanks

It sounds like you didnt click the 'map digital channels to epg channels' button.

thanks done as you've said but it nows says no channels found please check your signal and config setting and i know signal is fine tried with showshifter

I have this card too, and can't pick up any channels. The programs that come with the card pick up channels, as does showshifter. I've tried the BDA adjustment in config.xml, and no joy.
