Whats the difference between these two? I am working on the musicalbum plugin and I noticed these two methods. Does anyone know the details on how they work?

Also, does anyone know if there is a way to removeaudiofilefromqueue?

does anyone have a widget for converting ilists to M3U playlists?

Thanks

PlayAudioFile instantly starts playing the specified file.

AddAudioFiletoQueue adds a file to the play queue. If this is the first file, it'll also start playing it. If its the second file, it'll play it when the first one completes, etc...

No theres not, other than calling PlayAudioFiles() passing the list minus the removed song, but that will also restart playback.

As a side effect, if audio is already playing and there are files queued, does PlayAudioFile stop the currently playting song and clear the queue, or does it just let the new song cut to the front of the line?

It'll stop the current song and clear the queue.

Thanks Sub. Is there a difference to GBPVR if I use playaudiofiles versus adding one song at a time through addaudiofiletoque. Would it be faster/better to use one over the other.

They'd be pretty much the same.

OK, Thanks. Do the channel up/down keystrokes come through to the plugin. can I use them to control say, page up/dn?

The up/down keys are passed to the plugin.

Sub,

I'm stretching here (or just lazy). Is there an opption somewhere to tell GBPVR to play the audio file queue in RANDOM order?
