Autoskip diff on 350 and MVP

I have played several shows on both my 350 and MVP...

GB-PVR autoskips commercials at slightly different times on the MVP and 350.
The MVP autoskips about a second earlier then it should.
The 350 seems about right, maybe starts a little late and end a little late?

Is this just me?

I actually have no idea of the exact playback position on the MVP, so I just guess. The MVP buffers quite a bit of information, and the closest I can guess is that the playback position is somewhere within the information I've sent it recently...very much a guess.

I know that you do not want to spend any more time on autoskip... at least for now. But I hope the following is helpful for any future development.

The MVP always autoskips in the exact location and always starts the skip about a second, maybe two, before my 350- I tested this thouroughly on six files, I wanted to make sure I was not crazy.

I noticed (but did not compare) the early autoskip behavior on approx. 30 shows on the MVP.

Since MVP posistion is a guess work job, I would rather watch a second or two of the commercial than loose a second or two of the program.
