need help

Hi guys, Need some Help!
I tried to install gbpvr on my HTPC (winXP+PVR350)!
After the installation-process-complete-Info there comes up directly the configuration-tool!
When i do press the OK-button it 'tries to restart recording service' but after a while it shows up an error:

Yes, i did!

Could it be a probleme, that i'm using 'auto-Login' instead of Login myself manually?

I also tried to run the SERVICE manually, but received the same negativ result:
(this Service "GB-PVR Recording Service" on "Local Computer" could not be started.
Error 1053: This Service does not respond in time to the requested ..... -free translation from my german system-)

No, tried it out, manually or auto-login still with same error!
I'm logged in (and from there i installed) in the only account, that exist, and it has administrator rights!

Hmmm,
I had to install before installing GBPVR the MSMDAC and did the version 2.8 (requested was >2.6) that i found on MS-Site! Could this be.....??

Also running a German version of Win XP Pro.

And you also installed this:

.Net 1.1

Just noticed-that is a link to the English version. You'll probably need the German version.

If you installed the Microsoft .net v1.1 runtime after you installed GB-PVR then you may need to reinstall GB-PVR.
