RSSReader font size

Can any tell me how to adjust the RRSReader's font size. I would like to double it.

If at all possable, I would like a solution that doesn't involve a new skin as I have no had much luck in the past with skins.

you probably dont need a new skin just need to adjust the fonts

in the skin change

<TextStyle name="GeneralText" color="White" typeFace="Tahoma" size="17" style="normal"/>
<TextStyle name="SelectedGeneralText" color="White" typeFace="Tahoma" size="17" style="bold"/>

I changed the size from 13 to 17
