What do I need to get in order to record HD....

Your pvr150 wont work. You'll need a HD card. DVICO Fusion cards are used by a few members here. It would be a plus if your video card supported DxVA and had an output compatible with your HDTV. DVI and RGB are two popular methods of connecting a PC to a HDTV.
