Great review - thanks SuperGnome.
I do not have the knowledge to understand all the details. However, the conclution seems to be clear - the 6 serie is on in all aspects is better than FX. Right now I'm wondering if this also means that the TV out is better on the 6 serie.
Best regards

Yeah, this stuff can be a lot to digest, but just take what you can get out of it. It's what I do. *8)

Here's another one about video quality. I haven't read it, and it seems to be more make specific than model, but it gives you plenty of info on what to look for plus screen shots. If I find anything more in tune with 5200 vs 6200 video quality, I'll be sure to post it.

[edit] This is a 6600 series card, but posting because the site is nice, and again it goes into various details and highlights pure video. http://www.htpcnews.com/main.php?id=6600agp_1

I read that HTPCnews review of the 6600 a few days ago to try to understand what the Pure Video was all about. I've also been considering moving to the A64 CPUs, so I've been looking at the new nForce motherboard with the 6150 chipset. It has integrated video that supports almost all the Pure Video features... everything but "Spatial-Temporal Deinterlacing" (S-PD).

Now, judging from what they said in that review of the 6600, S-PD seems like a good feature to make the picture as fluid and sharp as possible. But check out this Pure Video product support matrix:
http://www.nvidia.com/page/purevideo_support.html

The cheapest card that supports S-PD is the 6600GT... (a $125 video card, $160 with passive cooling), the 6600 they reviewed does NOT support S-PD according to that matrix. But there is another review linked off of that one (this one: http://htpcnews.com/main.php?id=6xxx_5) that talks about the 6600GT
