ATI Wonder Pro Update?

Is there any update on the possiblity of the ATI WOnder Pro being supported? I Saw it supported a few ATI so I downloaded and installed it. I like the looks of it but can not watch or record TV. I would rather not buy a new tuner but if so would I better with 150 or 250 or 350? Thanks for the Help

ATI TV Wonder Pro? Check out the "WDM Recorder using Software Compression" thread [http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=2753]; I just got my card working with the current development release of the SoftwareRecorder plugin [http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Plugi...reRecorder]. The tuner seems to work without any trouble for me, but YMMV. Provided that it has a WDM capture driver avaliable and you have an MPEG encoder library installed that can be seen by the plugin [ATI's software for the tuner card seems to fit the bill for both of them, as I've got the SoftwareRecorder plugin configured to use the ATI-provided components], from what I've been able to figure out, it *should* work in both LiveTV and TimeShifting modes. Haven't tried anything else yet, only used the time shifting features for commercial skipping and being able to get up and do other things without missing bits of the program that I'm watching.
