Best Way to set up harddrive/s?

hi,
i am sorry for starting up heaps of new threads but i don't wat to stuff up my pvr.

what is the best way to partation or have two hard drives?
cluster size, file type etc

I've found the best setup is 2 hard drives - one for applications (e.g. Windows and GBPVR) and the second for media/recordings

Many people are running both apps and media from the same drive successfully though...

- NTFS is the way to go - FAT32 will limit filesize to 4GB.
- Two hard drives would enhance performance, but one would work just fine.
- Sub recommends 64kb cluster size - it keeps the recording storage drive from getting overly fragmented.
