Add prioritize option when scheduling a new recording

Add prioritize option when scheduling a new recording so that some auto conflict handling can be make. Eg. i always want to record Pilot Guides so i set this to a high priority. If another lower priority recording conflicts, then this will automatically be canceled. Would be great

Check out XRecord and CDK Scheduler. CDK Scheduler gives you the priority recording option, and XRecord provides a GUI management through the Scheduler menu option.

CDK Scheduler is bundled with XRecord.
