you can set this in the config app or to realy fine tune it (like I did) open up the config.xml file in notepad and find the ff settings and change the #, I set mine to 5 sec. ff and rew, I belive you can search for "sec" and you will find it.....
p.s. always backup you original conig.xml file.....
