pvr 150 remote

I have a question about the remote that comes with the pvr 150. I can't seem to get the numbers to work on it while on the menu. For example if I am watching channel 250 and want to change to channel 6 I just enter 006 and it works but if I am in the tv guide and sitting at channel 250 and want to go to channel 6 hitting 006 does not work. Any info on what I am doing wrong?

You should never have to type leading zeros with GB-PVR.

In the tv guide, you can press 6-enter if you want to switch to channel 6.
